Also, why is it bad to breathe through your mouth, cos I breathe through my mouth coz I suffer with breathing through my nose what do I do, and I don't want braces again
I've taken out my braces a few months ago, n I was told to use my retainers fr 6 months, all the time, and thereafter every night for the rest of my life, but why?
