I really liked the Telltale version of Oswald, who was Bruce's childhood friend but his family collapsed and he took up with a bad crowd, affronted that Bruce got to keep everything he lost. They sort of folded Hush into him to give him that extra layer.

Kind of reminds me of the 2001 tmnt cartoon where after the turtles defeat the shredder and the foot clan crime skyrockets in NYC with Gang wars and the turtles have to reluctantly help shredder daughter put the foot clan back in charge of all the crime in the city to stop innocent people dieing in gang wars

this is why I feel like batman should get Jason to be the biggest crime lord in gotham that way batman will always know about crime in the city and can stop it (depending on what it is) before it even happens
