as france you can beat germany using 20 width pure infantry division, with support artillery, AA and engineers on "fall back" orders at the Belguium-Luxembourg border. Leave 12 divisions at the Maginot Line, 12 more at Italy's border and 6 divs at Corsica. Voila. Make sure they have full equipment and are lvl 3 trained.

Normal tank is 2,

This means you can get more soft attack with normal tanks using the same gun,
