Integrating the Recovery Model into Primary Care

The recovery model is based on the premise that recovery from mental health conditions is possible. This presentation introduces the recovery model's tenets and describes how to embody it with patients. These tenets will be contrasted with the traditional medical model. The presenter will discuss examples with attendees to further explore how to implement the recovery model with patients.
