In 1968, I was 12. I still remember gazing at the Barbarella movie poster while standing at the box office in downtown Los Angeles. It was a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. To me & my pre-teen crew, Jane Fonda was some kind of 'Goddess.' 😘

Jane Fonda knocked it out of the park. The opening of this movie was perfect. Should a remake ever happen. Jane Fonda needs to make a cameo appearance. A nod to the original film if you will.

I watched this movie when i wasn't even 10yrs old & i remember that hand scene distinctly 🤣 wondering how was it possible?! Also when she laid with the angel I remember it was a big deal for me lol. I kinda wanna watch it again but also not bc i dont want my childhood memory ruined by my adult understanding now if that makes sense 🤭
