TLC needs to fund the surgery and the therapy to get the bigger sister help. They've gotten loads of viewers due to the health issues she's faced being so morbidly obese so they should go the other way and get views for her recovery. It's a better path all around. They could also help them get a corrective eye surgery, I would guess having such a difference would cause migraines and there's no reason to let someone go on with that when it can be helped.

I read that Amy and her husband are divorcing and that’s so sad. Almost every TLC couples break apart and Amy hasn’t been married that long and to divorce after having two kids that’s sad for the children
