May be She is good at English from her early age otherwise as a BD student from national curriculum it is hard to be fluent and flexible in an unfamiliar topic

Saying one or two sentences for part one is not the avenue to get above band 7;You have to answer the questions you will be asked by saying from 2 sentences, at least, to 3/4 sentences but the answers have to be concise and full of information which makes sense!😮
