Two Reasons why E3 is better than the Final:

After all these years the police helicopter is still terrifying. Heat 10, 250, 000 chased by hypercars with that helicopter sat above you blinding you with the search light.

The game looks sick in 2018 but the E3 was still kind of better, you could see the rain droplets on the car a bit more in the E3 version, also the lighting was more cold and realistic. and the reflections were stronger on E3
