This is really a stretch for most if not all. I prefer a tiny home with a small full bathroom, small kitchen, small bedroom, small living area, water, some kind of sewer, electric or gas/propane, on a small piece of property. The Duke of Kent was Britain's richest man for a long time - he did nothing - but merely inherited a square mile of the city of London (UK, Americans). That's the square foot value of the landscape there. This young man is probably within walking distance of a pub - that's got very nice toilets and running water. Pub after all is short for Public House.

There were some folks in NYC doing dumpster homes. I think they also tried AIRBNB renting them but I haven't followed that. Seems like it would be easy to end up in an actual garbage truck compacted and crushed to death. That would be my primary concern.

The key to an affordable tiny home is doing the work yourself or have a friend who can. Knowing a contractor will help you find leftover materials for cheap and advice for beer.

I watched your live stream (well the recording) where you mentioned that you were surprised this video didn't do better. I will give you my opinion on that, even though I will not watch the video. #1 there was already a shorter news story on YouTube about this guy a couple weeks ago that I already watched. #2 Because of the length of this video, I would not watch it because I would not be interested in doing something like this. If the video was shorter, I would watch it if I hadn't seen the other one, out of curiosity. At 10minutes, I want to learn something, and I don't want ro learn how to live in a dumpster😂
