Hello Erin. Thank you for posting these. You are so clear and concise, and your instructions are very helpful. I am on a search for how to Find and Replace all occurrences of double quotation marks that occur within/inside words as opposed to at beginning of words, to speed up changing British single QMs to American double QMs in a book manuscript. When I do Replace All, Word of course changes the appropriately single ones to double ones unless I can prevent that. Otherwise, I have to go correct the problem I just created. Thanks again.

Great video! I have a challenge in Finding many Fields in MS Word and Replace the with a certain switch, eg. { EX "Osburn" } to { EX "Osburn"\f "S" } in order to generate a Index of Authors. (I have multiple Indexes). I cannot figure out to do this and have to do it manually. Can you help?
