They really need to hire a stunt double for Rosario's Ahsoka in order to pull off her agility as seen in her animated form. And I don't think I've been as wowed about a fan service cameo since The Mandalorian Season 2's finale either.

Well Ahsoka is pushing 50 during the events of this series, and I know maintaining Ataru during combat is taxing on not only the body but also the users Force pool. That’s why she’s seemingly switching over to Form V combat when 1v1 dueling.

I could see them giving Anakin “Revan Reborn” vibes, like it’s him in balance with the light and dark.

That random X-Wing pilot is Mr. Kim from Kim’s Convenience! I also don’t know why he’s everywhere, but seeing him always brings a smile to my face.

god... seeing hayden in the Revenge of the Sith gear just scratched an itch in my brain that's needed scratching for many years

04:40 I think you forget that Hera's son is indeed the son of Kanan Jarrus... and that she believes in him and wants him to grow up, as well as grow up in the force. She knows her son has great potential inside him

It's Ezra! It's Starkiller! It's Lu'uke! No, it's a force fart.... Yer definitely right about this showing being consistent

I was a little worried with Ep3 but this one relieved my doubts. This truly felt like Star Wars. And it can’t be overstated, Ray Stevenson was such a loss. The man may have never had a bunch of lead roles but every role he played he brought such a presence and if Baylon is his last role (not sure if he had anything in pipeline to be released) he’s definitely going out on a high note.

Huyang was cool too! I really liked him! Also the change of lightsaber stances was fun to see.

06:30 ...think about how much Ahsoka has grown and aged since Rebels... And then think about Kenobi vs Maul in Rebels vs Kenobi vs Maul in e1

God damn this episode made he happy. I wonder what sort of a time jump we’ll see, cuz Ashoka’s not coming back to the story at the same time she exited it. Maybe she’ll pull Ezra into this time from the Star destroyers bridge with Thrawn (reverse Rebels) . Also loved Ray’s whole “join me” moment even if it wasn’t about the dark side. Reminded me of legends Luke talking to Isolder telling him ‘you may not be able to float down from a crashing starfighter after faking your death, but the spirit inside you can still serve the light or dark’. Baelon fights like a medival knight doing the dance of Westeros, hacking and slashing . I still managed to find the one YouTube hate channel for this episode and everyone is all “this episode was amazing, but it’s Disney so I hate it, worst Star Wars ever. There’s no coming back from this”

Everything about Ahsoka is more muted when compared to her younger, animated counterpart. I find her slow, zen-like movement in non-combat scenes more annoying than the fight choreography. It makes the scenes longer than they need to be.

But like it was pointed out, she’s older and is more efficient with her agility. I’m mid-30’s and athletic but I can’t move like I used to. You can’t begin to imagine the pain of throwing out your back when attempting to be the cool uncle on a trampoline.

I think it’s in keeping with her journey of being more centered considering her realization of who her master became. The scene of Sabine blindfolded is truly evident of her philosophy now. Try looking through that lens.

the show feels more like a sabine show than Ahsoka.

Another great review my friend👍i still haven't watched Ahsoka and not because I don't want to but because I'm drowning myself in KOTOR 2. It's been over a year now since I started playing and I can't put down. I'll get around to watching the show but right now my obsession is with KOTOR 2

Great action scenes
Baylon is sucha great character RIP Ray Stevenson
Small nitpick I did think Sabine's helmet got knocked off too easily Din had his head smashed into a bulkhead by a dark trooper and his stayed on but Sabine get pushed into a tree it falls off 🤷
Haha Sabine puts out her hand to force push then psyc wrist blaster instead.
Thats Anakin f'in Skywalker 😮😲🥳
I think the end is force vision the setting in the WBW is an analogy for Ahsoka to figure out her past particularly in relation to Anakin

I will have to disagree on the fact that Hera bringing Jacen with her is stupid, even though he's a kid, he's part of the crew, and even though Ezra is older than Jacen when Ezra first appeared in Rebels, he still was a kid in some way. Of course this is my opinion but that's why I think Hera tool her son with her. Also, get better with that lung problem with yours, regards from Spain.
