Tip for the aluminum cleanup... try a cheap random orbital sander with scotchbrite pads. Gives an awesome even matte finish without any of that sandpaper scoring. It's what we do in metal shops often to give an even finish and knock down any little imperfections... then wipe clean to get rid of the dust. Infinitely better than sandpapering by hand!

I would hold onto that printer and laminator...I get you like to focus but a year ago, I said you should keep making the street signs and now they're back haha. Little by little experiment and practice, you can add so much with it like printed vinyl for the signs, freebie/promo stickers, and you already have it

I have a sg2-540, i love it man. It makes all my wraps, signs, and designs come out beautifully. Im buying a graphtech 9000 this week, i just have to print so much now and the roland is an OK cutter. Not sure where u are, but if youre ever in illinois you should swing by! Ill show you how to kill it with that machine haha.

Hi. I really liked what you do and decided to do the same in Poland. I found tools and consumables. But I can't find aluminum at a normal price. Can you tell me where is the best place to buy aluminum and frames for it. Thanks in advance.

What sign is the alum plate blanks. What is the cost per blank? What do you sell them for? You have a very huge large printer cutter. Do you need one of those to do the same thing?

one more thing make a backlit board for peeling white, it showes all the cuts so you dont peel the wrong part.
