Idk man, the thing is it kills the synergy with almost every other RC skill
1. Haste vial - make her waste spear sometimes
2. That heal vial - usually you would want to use it on low HP, but when you do so RC is most likely on defence range already so she waste her long range attack
3. Hog puppet - she lost her 1s invis since you would want to use her ability when she's outrange the defence, not a major loss tbh
4. Shield - the only one that synergies well with rocket

Garbage epic equipment, it just doesn't give any values when paired with any other equipment lol like normally you'd want to activate your skill when the RC hp drops abit, or in the middle of the base, but then the range doesn't have any value if you're already in the range anyway lol, it's just a weaker version of flame flinger lol and it's not like it can snipe an unactivated TH hmmm
