Places to Visit in Gozo 🇲🇹 SAVE for your next trip to Malta's sister island ❤️🌍

The Maltese islands are made up of 3 main islands, and Gozo is the northern most one. It's also where a lot of the Maltese go to holiday or get away on the weekends. 🌴

If you only have 1 full day to spend on the island of Gozo, I suggest that you try to see as much as possible, and here's a good itinerary... I suggest saving it for your next trip. 😉👍

The ferry will take you to the harbor village of Għajnsielem, where you can hike around either side of the island, or continue up north to 'Victoria' the island's capital.

There I suggest visiting the Ċittadella in the heart of the city. Entrance is free and the history and views all around are incredible. 🤩

From there, we worked our way around the northern coast of the island, and moved westward with the sun. ☀️

Beginning with 'Ta' Mixta Cave' with views of Ramla beach in the distance, and then heading towards the village of Marsalforn for a walk along the promenade, we took our time and enjoyed the mild spring weather. ☺️

After that, we headed over to Dwejra for a boat ride through the 'Inland Sea' and then over to the famous 'Blue Hole', a place great for diving or snorkeling. 🤿

For sunset, you can either stay in Dwejra for a beautiful view, or head over to the village of Xlendi for a seaside dinner and a bottle of wine. 🍷

Whether you're there to relax or try to see it all, you really can't go wrong with visiting Gozo. ❤️
