My heart is breaking for Adrienne. Just knowing that she's holding back tears makes me want to shed a tear! I'm glad she's taking this time for herself though.

Whatever the reason was, I commend Adrienne for being honest with herself and not going into a marriage that she felt in her heart wasn't going to last. I know she says that they are great friends and that's fine but Im proud of her for having the courage to not stay in a relationship that she knew wouldn't lead to marriage. So many of us settle for a relationship that really doesn't have the solidity that we want, just to say we have a man. God will send her a husband in due time..

Let's face it, we were all rooting for Adrienne and Lenny when we first learned they were engaged. Adrienne's fans were excited, her family was beyond estatic, and the girls at the table have been rooting for this since the beginning of season one, I believe. I know we don't have the full story of what happened to their relationship, but I really want to applaud Adrienne for leaving or calling it off when she felt things weren't right between them. I'm glad she put aside our comments, and followed her heart, because if she did not do that, she would have been forced into something she really didn't want. Truly inspirational.

I commend u for realizing this and having the courage ro make this decision before it was too late and u were married. I only wish I had that same courage before I married my 1st husband knowing I shouldn't of went forward with it. The marriage only lasted 2 years after being together for 7 years beforehand. Certainly a lesson learned and years later I am happily married for 5 years to someone else who is the love of my life. There is hope for u, but in the meantime it's good that u have ur real girlfriends in ur corner.

Such a hard thing to do! I can't believe she was able to keep back the tears. My 7 yr relationship ended in June and I'm still struggling everyday to stay strong. Having people around to keep you together definitely makes things a little easier

I feel bad that adrienne is having a hard time adjusting, but I honestly never felt like lenny was right for her just based on how she talked about him. she was always talking bout how showing affection was cheesy, how holding hands and little things like that were not part of their relationship but you could also tell she secretly wanted that. Adrienne deserves someone who will really adore her and pamper her, the way freddie pampers jeannie when he helps take out her weave at the end of a long day, and the way vince pampers tamar by giving her foot rubs and constantly supporting her career, the way adam is so gentle and encouraging with tamera about embracing her natural curls. I never sensed that same devotion between lenny and adrienne. there's someone out there just waiting to be that man for her.

I honestly felt like something like this was going to happen. Especially when she was talking about having first experiences with Lenny. I am so happy I saw this. I was with my fiancée for 6 years and breaking our engagement was the hardest decision of my life. But you have to be honest with yourself and not let love blind you to the truth.
