VULFPECK & WONG'S CAFE /// Radio Shack Mashup

With the two versions of the #vulfpeck song "Radio Shack" now released, it's interesting to do the mashup of the previously unreleased original (now part of the Vulf Vault Series "Wong's Cafe" album in 2022) and the second version released in 2020 as part of Vulfpeck's "The Joy of Music, The Job of Real Estate".

While both versions are structurally the same, the major changes of the band line-up from #CoryWong on Guitar only, #JackStratton just doing the filming and #TheoKatzman on Drums on the original to Jack on Drums, Theo on Lead Guitar and Cory on Rhythm Guitar on the second recording give each one a distinctive vibe and almost makes them feel like one if a cover of the other. The Wong's Cafe version is more modern video game soundtrack in feel, whereas the JOMJORE version is more old-school Late 1980's-Early 1990's video game soundtrack. Even the more subtle differences with Woody & Joey on different keyboards/piano add to the differences in vibes, especially with Woody's jazzy embellishments in the original recording.
