This is good but using Ryu, you have to mix up your exchanges by using blocking and PP as options for Ryu are highly limited against Cammy during close-u0p exchanges. I think it's also important to force resets by using a crouching jab followed by a standing weak kick and a hadouken if Cammy blocks the weak punch.

I'll say this. Like Jamie and Kimberly, Ryu can really benefit from a DR after executing a standing medium kick, especially when his standing medium kick is slower and features a slightly shorter hit range than Jamie's version. If I could quickly buff Ryu without giving him any new tools to make him a new member of the top-tier category, I would do the following:
> Allow him to DR after connecting standing medium kick like Jamie & Kimberly.
> Give him back his SF2 Ground Tatsu with its invincibility frames at the early start of the move - massively help in fireball battles and counters.
> Give him back the full mechanics of his SSF2 Aerial Tatsu
> Give him back the properties of his SF2 DP (the invincibility window) - apply this to weak DP only.
> Assign executing Denjin Hadouken and Denjin Hashogeki to WP & MP instead of HP only. This will free Ryu's strong Hadouken and Hashogeki to be used without using Denjin.
> Extend Ryu's Level 2 attack and blast range to match Akuma's Level 3
> Give Ryu's Forward Strong Kick the same properties as Zangief and Luke's rising knee attack.
> Change his crouching medium kick active rate hit from 8 to 7 like Ken.
