Well, they came out slow is a massive understatement. This was their first game after a long break and the Kings already have played a game the night before, so they are more game ready. But this teams relentless and confidence with skill won them the game today. They will be much better against the Flames. Always great to see Doughty and the Kings loose.

Canucks need to play strong especially after they lead. I blame Travis Green for the Canucks giving up leads because he makes the team play defensively after. Canucks need better creativity on their powerplay and even strength.

Markstrom has to play lights out in order to win the game. The offence should play a bit more with an edge and not give up so many chances.

The 2-0 goal reminded me of a Pavel Bure to Alex Mogilny goal. I thought Canucks imploded with bad trades but these young kids are amazing. It's great to see.

Markstrom is a really good leader as well. If you have listened to him mic’d up and seen how he is with his teammates it’s that demeanour that’s can hold down the fort for the squad, I see a lot of lou in marky and I think he is a superstar tendy

I know it wasn't the best team Canucks met but hopefully they can continue to win so they can make the playoffs this season but Markström can't save them all the time, also I hope Höglander plays for the Canucks next season!
