In this short video, we’re going to talk about three things you can do if you have allergies.

T regulatory cells (Tregs) are a part of your immune system. They control the development of autoimmune conditions and prevent the development of allergies. There are three important things that can strengthen the T regulatory cells.

3 important remedies for allergies:
1. Probiotics
• Always take a small amount in the beginning, and take it before bed. You can then take more, see how you respond, and continue this until you get to the right dosage.

2. Fasting
• Do intermittent fasting on a regular basis, as well as periodic prolonged fasting.

3. Vitamin D
• You may want to take 10,000 IUs to 20,000 IUs of vitamin D per day. You may notice fewer allergy symptoms after a few weeks. Vitamin D may also help with asthma.

Dr berg I recently began upping my d3 dosage to 7500-10k, and my allergies which started becoming bad this past year have almost ceased the last few weeks...didnt realize it til watching this video, and realized my eyes and nose havent been driving me mad!

Keto is the biggest cure for allergies! I’ve had horrible seasonal allergies my entire adult life but once i started keto + intermittent fasting, my allergies were reduced by 90%!

Dr Berg, your tips have helped me overcome my allergic reaction to dairy!! I would get eczema and sinus issues after eating dairy, but since fasting, taking ACV & HCL, digestive enzymes, probiotics and vitamin D every time I eat dairy, I have no symptoms now, it's amazing, I can even tolerate gluten now on my cheat days because my gut is much better now THANK YOU

Jason Fung mentioned that people who fast have a higher level of epinephrine (adrenaline) which makes you more energetic in general.

I noticed that the epipen that contains epinephrine is sold/given to suppress allergic reactions therefore big companies are all colluding together to make us eat more and plant the idea that 3 meals a day is necessary. Lowering our epinephrine levels just enough to make us more susceptible to allergic reactions.

I think 2 meals a day is how a human should eat to retain an optimal level of epinephrine. I can't even call 2MAD a new norm because I believe this is how humans should be from the start. No more severe and chronic allergic reactions.

I had stopped eating avocados due to an allergic reaction (very itchy throat). Due to watching Dr. Berg videos, decided to try eating avocados again, this time smothered with Organic Sauerkraut--great flavor combination! Lo and behold, no more allergic reaction to the avocados!! How does this work?? So happy to be free to eat avocados again :)
