AirAsia X commits for 50 A330neo

AirAsia X, which announced its Memorandum of Understanding for 50 A330-900neo aircraft at the 2014 Farnborough International Airshow, is positioned to become the first airline receiving the new engine option aircraft. they should redesign the nose/front part so it resembles A350.

I always was a big A 330 fan and it looks like she is far from gone, in fact i believe she will be one day the most succesful A/C of all times together with the 777.
Most important is that the 787 has some serious competition here.
The 2-4-2 seating the A 330 has is the best if you tried 3-3-3 or 3-4-3 seating in economy you know what i mean and the 3-3-3 787 is not what i prefer.
