Just trying to collapse my wagon, but only the fabric comes up when pulled, not the rest of the wagon. What am I doing wrong?

Load the cart up and then try pulling it on the sand, you can't.

I bought one of those last year in st Augustine and it’s a piece of crap. Don’t waste your money. Can’t pull it in sand loaded down
