The injunction is helpful! I had a case recently in Michigan court that was about a braced pistol and we won that issue (defendant charged with illegal possession of a SBR and acquitted by the jury on that charge) and it was important to show them how a brace is used by people who have two hands too. More videos forthcoming with my SP5 braced pistol now. :)

The problem is that the ATF was allowed to put the rule into place and the only repercussions they face is the tiniest slap ok the wrist

Something I like in Judge Kacsmaryk's order for the injunction is that he cites the fact that on remand from the circuit court, the district court found that... "the braced pistols subject to the enforcement of the Final Rule are in common use today" making them protected under the second amendment. So, while it is appropriate to strike the rule on the grounds of the APA challenge (instead of constitutional grounds), it leaves open the next logical step if somehow the higher courts rule that the suit fails on the basis of the APA challenge - that it would then be able to be struck down on constitutional grounds under the DC vs Heller decision. So, this is a very favorable ruling/order!
