I'm making an RPG called "Junkland Tales" (stranded away previously), where you play as a post apocalyptic Survivor with no memory, in a world filled with junk robots who mostly ignore you, and throughout the game you uncover more and more about that world.

This new Devlog is a bit different than the other, in it I talk more about what the game is, the gameplay and what finished so far.

We need a game about getting stuck in the desert and getting beaten by a spider now 😆

Loved this one!! I think it’s great to get more of a bird’s eye view on the game—I’ve had the same issue before where I was talking about something in a devlog but without a clear image of the context, the message got lost.

The title that popped into my head first was “Rust Island” but I don’t know for sure if this is an island 😅

Hang on, is this a face reveal?! Did I miss that before. Wow! Great to see you. Sorry to hear that you've had a hard time. Love the description of the game, it really brings it to life and puts everything into context.

This is a fantastic devlog! I really appreciate you taking the time to explain your vision for the game in such detail. The story sounds intriguing, and the blend of survival, crafting, and exploration seems really promising.

I'm particularly excited about the "programming" mechanic and how it will be integrated into gameplay. It sounds unique and adds a layer of depth that I haven't seen in many other games.

I'd also love to see more about:

Combat mechanics: How will different enemy types be handled? Will there be boss fights?
Character customization: Will we be able to customize our character's appearance or abilities?

Ah man. Your game looks amazing. Great videos. I have a dream to one day create my own game before it’s too late.

Glad to see you are back! I had a similar "time to tell you about the actual game" devlog, and it turned out to be a good idea! Your project is very ambitious, good luck!

The greybox looks clean. Level seems interesting.
And I love your pine trees.
Currently working on a top down game myself and did not have a solution to put nature level boundaries. The way you made your pine trees are a huge inspiration
