I lived in Argentina for a while and have been making chimichurri for years, and I still picked up 2 pro tips from Sonny in this vid that I’ve never seen before- blanching 1/2 the herbs and adding the lemon/vin to serve. He is right, whenever I make chimi and add the lemon in all at once, it starts to lose that nice green color within a day. You’re a champ Sonny, thanks for sharing the knowledge.

Oh, my gosh, what the heck, no matter how many times I’ve seen that crazy fridge kick — in its many forms — I still laugh, and not quietly, I might add. I was raised a vegetarian, but I’m going to make this for my meat-and-potatoes-raised hubby. I hope I can marinade a regular steak with your beautiful recipe. Thank you so much, Sonny!

As an argentine who does this every weekend, this looks great. I would recommend grilled mushrooms and chimmi churri as well.

Man, great talk through, great detail without over talking, lets you know whats going on and going through the mind of the cook. Ex: Explains against the grain, and why hes pointing the steak a certain way. Well done. Cheers to you. Well enjoyed. Keep it up.

Must say, I love your videos. I actually just made “traditional” chimichurri the other day for my strip which your videos have helped me immensely. Also the grilled cheese was a great tip, I made 2 different ones. First was the parm crust with a slice of American and cuts of smoked Gouda. The second one I tried Asiago crust with Gouda and feta crumbles. Both were really good, I prefer the parm crust though. Wife thanks you too by the way cause you are what helped me get back in the kitchen and help relieve her of some cooking stress lol. Thank you for the tips, tricks and mouth watering visuals I hope they don’t ever stop. Stay safe and have a good one.

In spanish that meat is called "Churrasco" is very common in my region of the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. It has great tenderness and flavor, i try to give it a great sear on my iron cast skillet. Amazing protein for any dish. #LoveThisChannel keep it going

Besides the fridge attacking. THESE RECIPES ACTUALLY WORK! Recommend trying the rib-eye butter basted, best steak I’ve ever had, pork chop butter basted, Will Ferrall Salmon, and half-seared tuna.
