Today we invite you for a beautiful walking tour to Faro in Algarve coast in Portugal.

Faro is the capital of the Algarve region.
It is famous for its seaport, cozy fish restaurants, retro cars and authentic architecture.
In the center of Faro, a picturesque old quarter has been preserved, which is called Old Town Faro.
The old town, made up of cobbled squares and winding streets, will immerse you in the atmosphere of medieval Portugal. There are not many people here, it is always calm and quiet. The scent of orange trees is in the air.
The area is surrounded by an oval-shaped fortress wall with three entrance gates, which was built over 100 years (X-XI centuries).
Outside the walls of Old Town lies the quiet Cathedral Square of Faro, the main decorations of which are the seminary, founded in the 18th century, and the Bishop's Palace. It keeps a lot of paintings, manuscripts on theology and priceless tomes.

Portugal is definitely one of the most beautiful countries in the world, very hospitable and welcoming people, clean streats, great food, exquisite beeches on the Atlantic ocean with a great climate, I've been working and living in Olhaõ Algarve back in 2004 and been dreaming to return ever since, with God's help i will move to Portugal this year and open a private practice ( I'm a clinical psychologist), God bless Portugal and portuguese people 🇵🇹 🤗.

ease beware of Faro police brutality. My 17 year old son was beat up by the Faro police because they thought he was being verbally insulting after he had asked for help to recover his iphone. THey beat him, dragged him to the ground with their needs and boots on his neck. When he asked what he did wrong while handcuffed in the patrol car, they punched him three times in his face. At the police station they dragged him to the bathroom ( no cameras) and viciously kicked him. One female police officer took particular pleasure kicking my 17 yo son. I reported the incident to the State Departmeent and the US Embassy in Lisbon, as well as Alberga Daily News. The incidebt took place 0n 7/28/23
