you've got to pressure the arm on your spin around. if you come over the back a bigger wrestler will lift you. if you turn against the arm itll break as in the same principle of hitting a switch

From bottom position (and I can't find this on YouTube), quick sit out, Granby roll, grab the head with one arm and grab the leg with the other, you end up on top with your opponent on his back and you have his leg and head in your arms. He's a stuck chicken. Pin. Anyone have a video of this?
