I still blame the FEDs for this, because in the end they benefit by either buying off the failed banks cheaper or something. The fed can print credit as long as someone will borrow it into existence, but they cannot print product (or production).

Society wants a deflationary/disinflationary recession cycle but the government can't afford one so they keep stimulating which makes things worse. When people throw in the towel we will have hyperinflation

The gov isn't bailing them out anymore. Now they want to do 'bail in' and passed the laws to allow it in 2007. The depositors are debtors who'll have to pay. Its not your money in the banks, same with stock market, that is why rich are buying assets they can hold getting out of cash.
