Jesse talks about callous and incorrect remarks made by Health and Human Services Secretary (puke) Robert F. Kennedy Jr. about people on the autism spectrum. He said, “These are kids who will never pay taxes, they'll never hold a job. They'll never play baseball. They'll never write a poem. They'll never go out on a date. Many of them will never use a toilet unassisted. And we have to recognize we are doing this to our children, and we need to put an end to it.

My niece is on the spectrum and she is brilliant. She and her partner make what are considered to be the best ocarinas(a musical instrument) in the world. She has her own business.
She plays multiple musical instruments and is an incredible artist.

I have two boys on the spectrum. They are both high-funtioning, can "pass" for "normal". This man has no right or clue about our wonderful bright and honestly very smart and creative people. My son is on the spectrum, was NOT vaccinated, GOT chickenpox AND has autism. At now 27, he has a bachelor's degree from U of M in science and has been gainfully employed with a city's grounds and maintenance department for 4 years, including raises and promotion. Come again, JFK????

My sister was on the spectrum. A Very smart college educated with 1 Phd woman who held her management job for over 20 years. Intimate relationships she had problems with but was very functional in every aspect of her life! She was older than me. I lost her during covid! I miss my best friend!

My name is Arden, im an autistic artist who loves fantasy. I fight everyday to be a "normal" person. But basic interactions can be hard. Learning can be hard, I'm 30 and soon to be a teacher of the arts. I'm NOT a burden. Vaccines didn't cause this! I was born this way and while my case was mild I know others who's symptoms are worst yet they too strive to life honorable lives.
