im gonna sound so weird but i love how we now live in a world where girls shave their heads and rock it and guys wear makeup and rock it. for me growing up as a teen people were so stiff about everything and in my area even offensive to alternative people. i love love love your bald head and you rock it so well. people like you make me proud of this world again haha

I'm a guy. I'm 20 years old and have been suffering from thinning hair and receding hairline since highschool. This has been really hard on my self confidence. I remember spending so much of my time just tirelessly combing my hair in a way that would hide the bald spots. I always thought people, girls especially, wouldn't like me and make fun of me for it. In recent weeks, I decided to come to terms with it. I'm gonna grow my beard out, and when it's at a size I like, I'm gonna shave my head. I'm gonna own that shit lol. Idk you and I have never heard of you, but I have so much respect for you after seeing this one video. Doing this on camera, and you didn't even bat an eye. Strong Woman right there. Inspirational. And for those of you with full heads of hair...love your hair! Be grateful for it! There are people that are willing to resort to drugs just to keep any bit of hair they can. That's not a sustainable way to live. You guys get to keep your hair effortlessly.. remember that always! Make a promise to a 20 year old balding guy from New York. :P

I love how fun you are with you hair and how fearless you are over image and beauty. It's just hair. My son was bald for over 2 years due to cancer, and still has bald spots till this day. I'll miss the dark green, but I'm HEAD OVER HEELS for the bald. This video made me so happy. 🦋

Tips from my experience shaving my hair: I had naturally thick curly wavy ish hair so i brushed and straightened my hair before I got started which made let tangles in the long run.
If you have thick hair, section it and cut it short before shaving each section so that you don't get your client caught in your hair and so it isnt too thick while you shave it.
Last tip is to remember, even if you mess up, hair will grow back.
I know, these arent helpful as I've only shaved my hesd once and it was today but i hope they help.

I’m 45 and last week I shaved my shoulder length brown hair off. I’m at the age where it’s getting thin and breaks quite easily. Also no matter what products I used it remained dull and limp. As it was always tied back, I went to the bathroom and said to heck with this, it’s coming off.
I now feel amazing. I no longer have to spend a fortune on various products, hair appointments and because I suffer with back pain, I no longer have to blow dry or straighten, not that I ever much straightened anyway.
Now I shower and am ready to go. I love it.
To any women out there frightened to go for it, I say do it! What the heck it’s liberating.
