Fire breaks out at oil refinery in southern Russian town of Tuapse

Social media footage shows a fire at an oil refinery in the southern Russian town of Tuapse. Emergency services were filmed arriving at the scene. No casualties were reported. Sergei Boiko, the head of Tuapse district, said on Telegram that the blaze was in the vacuum unit, a secondary processing section. The cause was unknown.
