Evacuations begin ahead of Hurricane Dorian's Florida arrival

Hurricane Dorian is on track to hit Florida, after destroying more than 13,000 homes in the northern Bahamas.

Floridians are being warned to get out while they can, but as Jackson Proskow explains, some people insist on defying evacuation orders.

that's nice.... but when does Great Britain step up and help take care of a former member of its empire and up till recently part of the commonwealth? I'm glad that the US is very quick to extend humanitarian aid but we enable other countries that have exploited worldwide resources to turn a blind eye.
