Marula is popularly know or referred to is known as SCLEROCARYA BIRREA
in the botanical sphere. It a medium sized fruit bearing tree, Indigenous to the miombo woodlands of southern Africa . Its a healthy fruit full of good amino acids, hydrating to the skin and has a lot of anti aging properties. i collected the fruit from a near by trees to make juice with and ultimately leave some to ferment which will become BEER.One can make a lot of things with the fruit. The shell has nuts that are eatable and quite healthy which you can acquire by cracking the shell open once it is dry. All sorts of skin oils and hair oils can be made from this fruit. I seriously consider a super food. its amazing beyond belief...
