A month later, and I still don't have replacement hardware to assemble my safe. The parts I got today were for the wrong one. I have a pile of metal and hardware that are useless to me.
Pisspoor email communications with support, a safe that doesn't come with hardware to assemble, over a month of my time wasted... Don't think I will buy your products again.
Another 24 hours has passed, with zero word from this Mike Mercado on how you people are going to fix this problem.
