Jennifer Love Hewitt was one of the biggest teen stars of the nineties. First making a splash on Party of Five, she parlayed that success into a solid career in features, leading the teen horror slasher classic I Know What You Did Last Summer (as well as its less beloved sequel), the comedy cult classic Can’t Hardly Wait. Her fame carried over into the 2000s, with her showing impeccable comic timing in the underrated Heartbreakers opposite Sigourney Weaver, Gene Hackman, and the late Ray Lotta. She even teamed up with Jackie Chan in The Tuxedo. She also starred in not one but two Garfield movies (in which Bill Murray voiced the titular feline) and also had a role opposite Anthony Hopkins and Alec Baldwin in the notoriously troubled Shortcut to Happiness, in which she played a sexy version of the devil.

Arguably, her greatest fame came on the small screen when she headlined the long-running series Ghost Whisperer, which ran for five years. After a second series, The Client List ran for two seasons, and a stint on Criminal Minds, Jennifer Love Hewitt suddenly vanished, with the actress taking time off to raise a family. She returned on the hit Ryan Murphy TV show 9-1-1. Makes me sad to know she had to leave twitter after being bullied because of the mama weight she gained. She talked on the Rosenbaum podcast about facing depression after her mom passing. She’s pushing 45 and has 3 adorable kids. It’s nice that she’s focusing on her mental health and not her weight anymore. Hope she’s in a better place mentally. Love her so much. she's my teen crush ever.. she was one of the most popular teen actresses at that moment. can't deny that party of five brought her popularity more. I was fallin' in love when the character Sarah came. Continue to her movie IKWYDLS and Can't Hardly Wait - her face on almost all teen magazines. I met Jennifer Love Hewitt in the early 2000’s in Miami, Florida! She was promoting her brand new CD ( the only song I recall is Bare Naked$). My daughter was 11 and a huge fan so we waited in line for a few hours to see her and have her sign the CD. I have to say that JLH was so kind to my little girl and talked to her for a couple of minutes. She is really really tiny!! So if she has gained weight since motherhood, I’m sure that means she is average now! Well that’s my two cents 😅

When for a few days I was David Paymer's photo double in his _Ghost Whisperer_ episode _A Grave Matter, _ JLH warmly introduced herself to me. I mentioned this to the makeup artist working on me, who told me she is beloved by everyone (and that she prefers being called Love), and that on/for her own birthday she invited everyone on production to bring their young offspring to work on that day, where she _gave _*_all_*_ those children gifts _*_she_* had bought for _them!_
(As it is, in the first _Garfield_ movie, I'm the milkman at the film's beginning... 😉 )
