Interesting he didn't mention the obvious and say that western funding of Kiev is creating a war that otherwise would have been over in a few months so if they want to complain about funding the war they only have themselves to blame. What they should be saying is that in our opinion you are funding the wrong side, which is very politically biased and has the obvious answer that we (India) have not picked a side in this conflict unlike the west.

they were refining it at Stanlow oil refinery in Cheshire just up the river from Liverpool
