I have clean the lower trap. I also remove the hoses in the back and cleaned the filters. After that I turned the washer to clean and let it run. When it shut off the tub still had water in it. I really need help

Turns out a little tray like that wasn't the best move. Flooded my utility room. But problem solved with washing machine 👍

Didnt work...we have bradn new washer and its shows this error. Everything is clean, but it doesn't drain and spin. Service in Riga Latvia doesn't answer phone call as well. Pure ignorance at this point and strongly rethinking to avoid Electrolux in future.
