Second light looks great, but truth be told, I would personally go with the first light and background —sometimes, a simple setup works best.

Needs a rim light to further seperate you from the BG, and then a bounce on camera left to slightly fill in the the dark side of your face to get the proper rembrant look and feel i reckon

The BEFORE setup was way better. This new setup takes up too much space. Nothing wrong with 2017 lights. Those lights are space savers and does what it needs to do.
