The jar behind it with the blue lid is spinning in the opposite direction probably being driven by some type of electric motor hidden within the cabinet.... there is likely a rubber band stretched around the blue lid jar getting enough fiction to move the peanut butter jar....

realistically it’s probably that lil plastic bulge underneath jars like that, it was probably casted weird and big so it spins like that
