When you have a couple you build up from the start, fans come to love them and you decide to have them get married, ACTUALLY SHOW THEM GETTING MARRIED! This is a beautiful scene and a wonderful moment, but when Usagi ran outside and we see that *all* the girls are wearing white gowns, it does unfortunately look like Mamoru married ALL the Sailor senshi. (Or maybe Usagi married them, which is the funnier idea.)
