Thanks for the video. I have a problem when the alarm is triggered. In my system I configured a telephone number to receive only phone calls and inform the recipient with a pre recorded message. Well, the telephone call is regularly received but the message is not the one that has been pre-recorded by me but a message that allows the recipient to manage the alarm system "Press1 to arm, 2 to disarm, 3 to ear, 4 to talk". This message is the same that correctly I ear (the owner of the system) when I call the SIM card number inside the alarm system.

Hi, how can I set a window sensor to be excluded once the alarm is armed?
I want to leave a window open when I leave the apartment. I tried both, with the sensor on "stay arm active" and "out arm active" but when I arm the alarm with the window open the alarm gets triggered.

I am using the alarm to monitor a sump for increased water levels. Can you recommend a solid state sensor that will work with the unit? I would like to try a wired one and a wifi one. The sump is external to our house and the atmosphere is therefore very humid.

Hi, I’m trying to connect the Smart Life app but I’m unable to via Airlink or SoftAP. With Airlink it says ok but the countdown on the smart life app does not stop. Any ideas?

is it possible to have only the sensors on the door activated without the pir motion sensors being activated? so that when I sleep at home I only have the sensors on the doors activated. if so, how is it done?

if someone calls the sim card direct they have full control over the system without using any passwords also they can listen to your conversation without you knowing
