The Best Historic Destinations in the US

Pearl Harbor Memorial is stunning and humbling. Watching the film 🎥 documentary in the theater before you take the boat out the memorial is so heartbreaking but important. Such a beautiful place.

Roanoke Colony, should be on this list, I didn't know about till I went to outer Banks with my daughters last year.. Roanoke Colony was founded by governor Ralph Lane in 1585 on Roanoke Island in present-day Dare County, North Carolina. Is amazing place to visit and is Free ..

MT, though I'm sure you know it, the fact that Yellowstone was also the WORLD's first national park, it didn't make the cut.🤨
At 5:30 you show Horseshoe Bend, and say it's in Grand Canyon. It's not! Rather, it's up in Page, on the Navajo Res.--110 miles NNE of Grand Canyon Village, and only 9 miles from the UT state line.

I'm sure the Grand Canyon and Yellowstone are great, but calling them historical sites is a bit of a stretch.
