We are an adventuring family of 11! We have two parents, five adopted kids from China, and four biological kids from the USA! We love to travel, craft, cook, thrift, and otherwise enjoy life!

I love the way you homeschool. We homeschooled our two daughters. One is now a PhD Chemist and the other got her master teaching credentials. But more importantly, they both love the Lord and live for him. Don’t give into any negativity about how you are raising your children, you love them and know what’s best for them.

I think you have a happy family. I think your children are imaginative and industrious but best of all, they are self-starters, respectful to each other, and seem helpful, loving and kind to their family members. It is a full house but not chaotic. And the love and acceptance is palpable.

Your kids look really educated, they all have something that occupies their minds whether it be jewelry making, historical ghost walks, iron works, and or hair dressing. Each one of your kiddos has learned something and trust me when I say this but listening to Andrew and Elijah talk proves that your kids are smart- heck, smarter than this 44 year old. I’m so happy and blessed that I have followed your family on journey and will continue till you either stop making videos or I go to my resting place (someday)

I loved your religious content today. I'm a Catholic and it is part of our liturgy to sing the psalms. It is especially beautiful sung in Gregorian Chant at mass each Sunday. The psalms are also included in our daily prayers so they all become very familiar to us. You live in the most beautiful place. I have researched Davidson and it's supposed to be one of the most livable cities in America. You have certainly made a great choice. My daughter lives in Alabama and she is a missionary. Haven't seen her for 3 years as she got stuck on visa overstay due to COVID. If I ever get the opportunity to go visit her I will try to come to NC as I understand it's a beautiful State. And no, your children are very intelligent knowledgeable people. Formation is the key to rearing children and they get plenty of that. Education begins at birth and never stops. Moral values are more important than structured learning. My youngest son was homeschooled and he is now studying his Btheol and will continue to doctorate in moral theology. The sky is the limit. Very enjoyable to watch...you are a very busy Mom. I can't imagine why anyone would even think your children are not learning. They are well rounded, extremely well mannered, have a wide rage of interests and have great hobbies and ambitions. Thanks for sharing your morning routine and that quiche looked delicious. Have you thought about a clothes line on the outside? In Europe we always sun dry laundry and don't even have dryers. I'm leaving it as a suggestion since it also looks like it would fit your lifestyle. Thank you for the videos, hope you have a great day!
