Honestly I'd love this frame. I wish DE allowed Chroma could have combined elements now that he can have multiple colors on for energy colors. Same with Chromatic blade for Excalibur.

If one of his abilities gives back energy on killing enemies or his passive is changed so the elemental kills give back energy, I think going from 1% per kill to a max of 5% per kill for 9 seconds (5% of max energy per second with it being halved during his 4, in duration and/or amount returned/given) and subsequent kills refreshing the duration.
