Does the activator seal the end grain?

Old school rules are wood glue is to be applied to both sides of miter, fully coated on both sides so the glue can seal the end grain to lessen the amount of expansion and contraction from moisture.

Does the spray activator affect the ability to apply a stain or finish, if some was to get on the finished faces of the wood? Thx

Man I was hoping this worked. I followed the instructions and even clamped the wood pieces for 30 minutes. It broke very easily. I also used it on the kaisen foam, it was ok but not the greatest. I will say the kaisen foam is amazing.

Wondering which one would be better for MDF mouldings. Thick which would penetrate better or Gel which would be easier to work with ??

Is breathing that stuff in and getting stuff all over your hands bad? No eye pro or respirator?

This is acrylic and makes the joints very brittle and would snap with a little effort.

So is using glue on both pieces of wood stronger than only one side?

do you have to use activator? We were going to squirt the glue into a small hole drilled in a hardwood floor that has a small buckle. We cant spray the activator. The hole will be too small.

All fine and good but how do you open the bottle of adhesive!? The nozzle is too long for the cap with the pin.
