Odd thing is that the Tories aren't the solution, but who the hell thinks Labour are the solution they're not even effective as an opposition.

Labour looks as if it is going to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, with its gerrymandering policy of giving EU citizens living in the UK a vote.
This is worse than the conservatives unnecessary voter photo ID check.
It is a fundamental principle that only UK citizens are allowed to vote in UK elections. It is reasonable that those with dual citizenship, living in the UK should be allowed to vote in our elections, but extending this to non UK citizens is completely unacceptable, and why should this new rule apply to EU citizens only? Is this a sop to the EU, it seems likely.
If someone is living in the UK and wants the vote, let them obtain UK citizenship, to show commitment to the country. It is questionable that UK citizens who live outside the UK should be allowed to vote in UK elections. That right should be restricted to UK citizens who live in the country and are subject to its rules, laws, and privileges.

You all blaming just the tories, when the last 2 years of lockdown and counter productive labour blocking progress for trade deals, blocking migration reform so housing can catch up. Marked for 1 million net migration by 2030.

It takes 2 years for housing batches to be built and sold on the market, that's 800k net migration in 2 years by today's figures, at least 500k houses a year and increasing to 800k houses a year by 2027.

This is the price of a commons that has forgotten how to govern. Both labour and the majority of tories.
