GEM (General Midi) S3 Turbo - Floppy Samples Demo
This fantastic ROMpler-workstation can load totaly new samples from Floppy Disk. It can read Akai, Wav and Aiff sample formats into 2 mb RAM. Here I demonstrate few S3 sample disks.
GEM S3 Turbo Specifications:
- 32 Poly
- 16 part MultiTimbral
- 6 mb ROM samples (209 PCM)
- 2 mb RAM samples (read AKAI/WAV/AIFF formats)
- 16 Track Sequencer with 250 000 notes
- 2x MIDI in/Out/Thru
- 6 Audio outs
- 8 Sliders for realtime sound control
- 100 Performances
- 2 Osc per Voice
- 12/24 dB digital filters
- 2x DSP FX processors
- 61/76 velocity keys with polyphonic aftertouch
- 3.5in floppy disk
