This looks like a board I could have. The symmetrical logo's idea is quite appealing, although they could do with being a touch smaller, and the adjustable feet would be much better than the rubber wedges I currently have jammed strategically around my old Unicorn Eclipse Pro.

I really like my Aspar. Not a fan of the logos being so prominent. It was one of the selling points for me to buy the Aspar. By the way loved the video making a dartboard while you were explaining it!

I grew up in Kenya and I learned to make things with sisal. The fine sisal is a really good fiber

I’m using an Aspar at the minute & I’m glad to see the Tor is softer, the only concern I have is if it’s as soft as the predecessor to the Aspar because it lasted no time at all. I’ll likely give it a go although the next board I have to use is an NPQ so we’ll see what happens.

Cracking looking board in my eyes. Looks like an ideal replacement for my aspar. Nice to see they have put the holes in for the mod system too.

Positives are it ships with roto-locks, so much better compared to using wedges, let alone bits of cardboard stuffed behind it. I don't like the red Tor logos, looks a bit, well, crap to me. Maybe some faint Target logos with red highlights might have been nicer. But I'm sure standing at the oche it looks better. I'm not sure I buy into the Madagascan sisal being superior, it sounds like they were able to get a supplier that Winmau doesn't use.

Interesting price point though, I think your average player will either opt to pay less around the £50 mark, or just opt for one of the Blade 6s as it's what they see on the telly. I seem to remember the Aspar was fairly quickly reduced in price... So I guess we'll see how well these sell. I would definitely consider it when I need a new one though.

Great for the money for the casual shooter. If you shoot a lot. Would not recommend. 2 weeks out of a triple seems to be poor. As mine wares out the holding power seems to fall off rapidly. The wires are so firm I get lots of bounce outs. 2-3 darts every best of 5 501. 65 avg My next board will be something different

Great video. I was very curious about this board. I thought the Aspar was a good board. Had my dislikes, but I felt it was a great value. I like the improvements to keep up with the competition.

Hi Darren, the 'Target TOR' dartboard looks great, but has a lot of clutter print.
The German company 'Precise 180' is releasing soon their first dartboard (end of January I believe): the 'Precise 180 Endorphine'. That board looks absolutely immaculate! Hopefully you can review it soon. Looks like it can easily compete with the 'TOR' and 'Blade 6 TC'. Keep up the reviews please! 👍

I've tried many boards, most probably. The best lasting one was the Blade 4. But I do love my blade 6 TC to be honest very much. Have had that one since it came out, still looks almost brand new.

Hi Darren I was wondering if you could do another review of the Target Aspar Dartboard which I recently bought and it seems Target have updated it since its first release in 2021 as there isn’t any veins in the board anymore and is very similar looking to the Target Tor mate.

Great Video. Can i ask you for an advise? My grip is slighlty moving to the rear and now front taperd Darts are a bit to skinny for me at the back. Do you have any recommendation for a rear taperd Dart set? Maybe in the style of the Shot Celt Toranos (blue is just not my colour :) )Thanks 😊
