Harry seems like a guy who is very good at research but then allows his biases to limit his interpretation of info. I didn't hear anything of supply and demand when talking bubbles, the only consideration sounded like growth. We'll if that growth is necessary then are we still talking a bubble? Or are bubbles bad?
I think Harry needs to provide more personal context before I judge his work.

I love that Doomers always have this mirage style crash that’s always roughly about a year away sometimes 6 months. Even if they lock on a specific quarter and that timeframe comes around then the goal post is moved forward… then when asked Doomer will respond “well of course that’s because the… (government entity), but this can’t last forever”. The pandering is amazing.
