I had that same problem with the Umidigi F1, apparently when I started the phone for the first time without any internet connection that happened to me since I do not download some google applications and when later I connect it with wifi some applications ran badly (Youtube is closed after watching videos). What I did was reset to factory cell phone and have a Wi-Fi zone nearby, the phone downloaded some things from Google and then I update the entire catalog of applications that showed in Google Play. After that, it was updated without problems.
Before doing this, look in the folder: Android / (The FOTA update folder) and check the txt log that it has.
