Is there a way to go "old school" and have the entire strip fade (at the same time) from one color to another, or through the entire rainbow, i.e. entire strip smoothly fades from red to orange to yellow and so on? This is not a chase effect but instead is a simple cross-fade effect.

Why are only 7 static colours selectable, but there are 16 colour options in chase mode. I'd like to set "light orange" as a static colour but unfortunately it's only visible briefly in chase mode.

I love the lights. I’ve had them for about a year now, but every time I try to turn the lights on it doesn’t work. Even if I remove the block from the wall, it lights up as red, and I can’t change the colour😢.is there any way to fix it?

Is there a way to purchase a new driver (transformer/plug). We have two strings, and we already had the driver/plug stopped working. We replaced it with the spare one and it worked fine for another year and now it is stopped working again.
